2016   RWA HR adds the Risk Audit for insurance brokers to the Concordia Employment Services proposition
2015   RWA wins contract to take over the Aviva Development Zone proposition. The RWA OBELISK is rebranded as the Aviva Development Zone
RWA acquires Hansen Young Consulting and Andrew Linnell joins RWA
RWA finalists at the e-Learning Awards in the e-Learning Development Company of the Year Category
2014   Director Tom Wood announced winner at the Leading Wales Awards
First stage of RWA rebrand exercise commences
2013   RWA launches consulting services for Financial Services Advisers - Comply Plus
Director Tom Wood completes a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership with Distinction 
2012   RWA signs a contract to rebrand the OBELISK as the Aviva OBELISK, providing market leading gap analysis assessments for insurance brokers
RWA opens new Head Office and training facility in Blaenavon, South Wales
2011   Tom Wood & Terence Clark appointed main board Directors
RWA launches Fit For Business consultancy programme
RWA and Aviva designs, builds and launches the Our Meeting Recorder mobile phone app for insurance brokers 
2010   RWA becomes the exclusive compliance partner for Aviva, offering discounted compliance services to their Club 110 and BIG communities.
Aviva appointment extends to include HR support
Broker HR service is launched, offering specialist HR support for insurance brokers in the UK
2008   Terence Clark joins RWA becoming Head of Compliance
RWA becomes the first compliance consultancy to take a stand at the BIBA conference
RWA launches their popular industry compliance newsletter
2007   RWA signs agreement to provide compliance support to the Westinsure network
RWA begins carrying out due diligence audits on behalf of Macquarie Bank

2006   RWA runs first courses to train supervisors

RWA Assessment & Learning loses its raison d'etre
2005   FSA regulation of intermediaries begins and RW Associates Ltd loses its raison d'etre... job done
RWA Compliance Services Ltd become found members of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC)
RWA Compliance Services purchases Folgate Compliance from the Towergate Group and launches the Compliance Club for brokers
2004   RWA prepares over 300 compliance officers and 400 firms for FSA regulation
RWA Compliance Services is formed as a club providing services for SME insurance brokers
2002   RWA embarks on a nationwide roadshow, briefing brokers on the shape of FSA regulation
RW Associates Limited formed to prepare for FSA regulation
RWA launches BrokerAssessment online 
2001    Ian Ritchie joins RWA
2000   RWA Assessment & Learning designs the Broker Assessment solution and platform and lodges details with City solicitors
1996   Kate Foreman joins RWA
